HOME OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT

In this paper we will explain the characteristics of a conventional mortgage with an Islamic mortgage. Both in terms of terms of contracts, installments, penalties, interest systems, confiscations and so on. Sharia KPR uses sharia rules implied in the contents of the agreement. These rules of sharia rules include the legal requirements of a Sharia mortgage, a Sharia mortgage pillar, the cancellation of an Islamic mortgage contract as well as the legal consequences of a Sharia mortgage. Islamic rules determine the form and content of an Islamic mortgage agreement.

This action research tried to validate the fact that teachers’ mastery on the content plays a vital role in the academic performance of pupils by looking at the mastery level of 17 teachers on the content standard as well as the 248 pupils and their academic performance in Science V. The researchers used the K to 12 Curriculum Guide in Science V to identify the competencies that need to be mastered in first and grading period that serve as guide in formulating test questions for the respondent which validated by group of experts.

All the participant believe that high speed can cause accident due to the fact that 73 of the passengers strongly agreed that high speed as an factor that cause accident and remaining 23 of them also agreed that high speed is a factor that causes accident and 56of the respondents strongly agreed that Overload is a cause of road traffic accident. “Curfew time in the state due to insurgency which is from 6:00 am to 10:00pm and 6:00am to 6:00pm in some areas of the state, bearing this curfew time in mind, most of the commercial drivers drives their buses with excessive speed so as to reach their various destination before the closure time”.

EVALUATION OF WATER UPTAKE CAPACITY OF CISSUS POPULNEA STEM BARK (CPSB) MEMBRANE

The modified tea bag method was used to determine the water uptake capacities. The results showed that Cissus populnea Stem bark membrane has higher water uptake capacity up to 500%. It also showed that the water uptake increased with increase in concentration and pH, and decreased with increase in ionic strength and temperature.
